(1921 - 1996)

Benjamin J. Mann, age 75, of 314 Riverview Drive, Manitowoc, died Sunday, March 17, 1996, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center.

Memorial Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 21, 1996, at the St. James Episcopal Church. Father David Klutterman will officiate with entombment in Columbarium of the Church.

He was born January 17, 1921, in Milwaukee, son of the late Benjamin and Josephine Dikman Mann. He served in the Army Air Force during World War II for four years being discharged in 1946. He married Marie Groll August 16, 1957, in Ohio. He was employed with the Schlitz Brewing Company for 42 years. He was a former driver for the Red Cross and Senior Center in Manitowoc and in his younger years was an avid golfer and bowler.

Survivors include his wife, Marie, Manitowoc; a cousin, Glenn Henricks, Sheboygan.

Friends may greet the family from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church on Thursday. There will be no Wednesday evening visitation.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. James Episcopal Church.

The Jens Funeral Home assisted the family with funeral arrangements.

Please God, my loving husband, keep secure in your arms, and keep in sleep with patience wait for me to come as promised when we again will be classed as one.
