Eve M. Niemer, 46, of 2414 Marshall St., Manitowoc, died Friday, March 29, 1991, at Holy Family Medical Center, Manitowoc, following a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born October 26, 1944, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Forest and Lydia Zeran Gotchy. She attended schools in Manitowoc and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1963. She married Jon T. Niemer, June 15, 1963, in Manitowoc. She was employed at Lakeside Packing company for many years in the office. The family would like to thank Lakeside Packing Company for all of their support.

Survivors include three daughters and a son-in-law, Theresa and Alicia Niemer of Manitowoc, Debra and James Hunt of Appleton; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ambrose and Helen Niemer of Manitowoc; two brothers-in-law, William and Robert Niemer; a sister-in-law, Donna Gotchy all of Manitowoc; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband and two brothers.

A memorial has been established in her name. There will be no services and cremation will have taken place.

Jens Funeral Home and Crematory are assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
