Gregory Alexander “Rocky” Boris, 62, of Marietta, Georgia died unexpectedly February 15th 2019 while battling complications of the flu. A native of Hapeville Georgia, Mr. Boris was an accomplished businessman, entrepreneur, and Real Estate Broker.

His high school athletic career led him to be named two time Mr. Basketball for the State of Georgia and to quarterback a state championship football team. He was a 1978 graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology where he played Division 1 football and basketball. He is survived by his beloved wife Janice.

He is also survived by a brother Nicholas Boris, numerous nieces and nephews, a brother-in-law and sister-in-law Kevin and Rosemary Kerpics, and a sister-in-law Mrs. Gail Boris. Mr. Boris is preceded in death by his parents Nickolas and Dorothy Boris, and a brother Larry Boris.

Funeral services will be provided by Roswell Funeral Home and Green Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday February 21st, 2019 from 6-8pm. Funeral services will be Friday February 22nd, 2019 at 2pm with burial immediately following in Green Lawn Cemetery.
