Mrs. Arnts was born Dec. 19, 1913, and reared in Bangor, Pa., where she was an elementary school teacher for the Bangor school system. She and her husband founded Clar-O-View Cable TV Co. in 1951, which was one of the first cable companies in the country.
She was a former member of the Bangor Woman's Club and Bangor Bridge Club and enjoyed traveling and playing bridge.
She was married for 57 years to John W. Ants before his death.
Surviving are two sons, James Arnts of Severna Park and Robert Arnts of Chapel Hill, N.C.; one sister, Dorothy Hocking of Bangor; one brother, Warren Sayre of Whiting, N.J.; three grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
