Henry H. Needham, 84, retired railroad agent, died Friday night at the Southern Pacific hospital in San Francisco after a long illness. A resident of Santa Cruz since his retirement, he lived at 413 Van Ness avenue. He was a native of Iowa.
During his career with the railroad, he served in California, Arizona and Washington. He was a member of the Twin Lakes Baptist church. He is surved [sic] by his widow, Ida M. Needham; a daughter, Mrs. Doris Carroll of Richmond; and a sister, Miss Anna Needham of Santa Cruz.
Last rites will be held at 10:30 a.m. at White's chapel. Rev. Roy Kraft will conduct the services. Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery.
