Sylvia J. Reinicke, age 75, of Tipp City, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021. She was born March 9, 1945 in Troy, Ohio to the late John Edward and Dorothy Herr Shaffer.

She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, James A. Reinicke; sons, Darren (Aleece) Reinicke and Brian (Danielle) Reinicke; sister; Jane (Marty) Edelstein; and three grandchildren, Teagan, Anya, and Garreth.

She was a member of the Eastern Star, a Den Mother, and committee chair member for Boy Scouts Troop 395. Sylvia enjoyed ceramic painting, needle point, knitting, cooking, and was an animal lover, especially cats.

Visitation: 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the Tipp City Church of the Nazarene, 1221 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio. Pastor Rachel Kuhn officiating. Burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.
