HARRY E. ACK — KEYSER — Harry Edward Ack, 69, of 51 Orchard Street, Keyser, W.Va., died Sunday, September 10, 1989, at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md.

Born on August 18, 1920, in Luke, Md., he was a son of the late William E. Ack and Helen Ruby (Rector) Ack. In addition to his parents he also was preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Musgrove.

Mr. Ack served in the Navy in World War II. He was employed by Westvaco Corporation for 47 years, retiring as supervisor of the wood yard. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church; Victory Post 155, American Legion, Westernport, Md.; and Keyser Lodge 662, Loyal Order of Moose.

Surviving are his widow, Thelma B. (Nichol) Ack; two sons, Gary E. Ack and David H. Ack, both of Keyser; one daughter, Judy Carder, of Keyser; six grandchildren, and one brother, William H. Ack, of McCoole, Md.

Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. at Rotruck Funeral Home. Members of Keyser Moose Lodge 662 will hold a memorial service at the funeral home Tuesday at 7 p.m. Services will be conducted in the funeral chapel Wednesday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. David R. Peters.

Interment will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.

Graveside military honors will be accorded by Victory Post; Kelly Mansfeild Post 52, American Legion, Piedmont; and Queen's Point Memorial Post 6775, Veterans of Foreign Wars.
