Mrs. Myrtie Bernice Cammon, age 93 of LaGrange, passed away on March 1, 2019 at the WellStar West Georgia Hospice.
Mrs. Cammon was born on March 27, 1925 in Carrollton to the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Norman. She worked at Playtex for many years and was Methodist by faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Cammon, Sr., five siblings and her daughter, Sandra Alsobrook. Survivors include her son, Fred Cammon, Jr. and his wife Sherrie; grandchildren, Robison Lee Cammon, Mitch Alsobrook (Ashley), Brian Alsobrook (Tara) and Jason Cammon; brother, Kirby Norman; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 11:00 am at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel. Interment will follow at Shadowlawn Cemetery.
