The son of Milton Jacob Fisher and Anna Voltz;he was married to Ethel Reifenberg,who was the Informant. He was a retired Pennsylvania State Police Officer with 16 years of service in 1945.;he resided at 617 Penn Avenue in West Reading. After his retirement from the State Police,he operated the F. & S. Distributing Company in Sinking Spring,Pa. from 1945 to 1952. Prior to his death,he operated a beer coil cleaning business. He was a member of the Temple Democratic Club and these fire companies,West Reading,Berkshire Heights,Mount Pleasant and the Goodwill fire department. Charles was also survived by a daughter,Linda Lee Fisher;2 sisters,Dora McAlarney and Jeanette Fisher,both of Hazleton; and 3 brothers,Calvin of Hazleton; Walter of Shamokin and Harry of East Orange,New Jersey.

He passed away at the Reading Hospital. Burial was made at the Forest Hills Memorial Cemetery on October 31st.
