Bonnie L. Burdash Lamb, 74, of Malone, NY., passed away early Saturday morning, July 7, 2018, at the U.V.M. Health Network Alice Hyde Medical Center, in Malone. She had been a patient there since July 2.

Born in Malone, NY., August 7, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ruth Revette Allen. She attended local schools.

On October 7, 1960, she was united in marriage to Donald Burdash, at St. John Bosco Church, in Malone. He predeceased her on March 30, 1986.

Many years ago, Bonnie was employed by Malone Central Schools in the custodial department. She later was employed by the Malone Dress Factory for nineteen years. In 1991, she was employed by the Franklin County Nursing Home, in the Dietary Department. She retired several years ago.

She was a communicant of St. John Bosco Church, a member of the Altar Rosary Society and a volunteer for the St. John Bosco Bingo. She was also a member of the Malone V.F.W. Auxiliary.

Survivors include three sons, Donald K. Burdash of Malone, Charles E. Burdash and his companion Ann LaFlesh of Owls Head, NY., and Anthony W. Burdash of Malone; two daughters, Paula A. Rockhill and her companion, Dale Cromp of Burke, and Mary A. Farmer of Malone; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Sandy and Sheila Allen, Charles and Linda Allen, Steve and Sheila Allen and Terry and Sonya Allen all of Malone, NY., two sisters, Susanne Avery of Rocky Mountain, NC., and Mary Lou Allen of Malone; eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Along with her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by one brother, Richard Allen and one granddaughter.

There are no calling hours. A Graveside Service and burial will be held on Friday at 2 p.m., at St. John Bosco Cemetery, in Malone, NY.
