Russian Educator. Father of the Soviet leader Vladimir Lenin, Ilya Ulyanov was a well-educated man where he learned mathematics and physics at the Kazan Federal University in Kazan Russia during the early 1850's where he also graduated in 1854. He taught mathematics and physics at Penza Institute of Nobility in Russia during the late 1860's for the Dvoryane. Ilya Ulyanov a few years later taught at a school named Gymnasium. And then at a school for woman this is where he met and married his wife Maria Alexandrovna Ulyanova. In 1869 he was appointed the inspector of public schools in Russia form 1874-1886.
