Varnado of Gulfport, three sisters, Miss Annie Mae Alexander of Meridian, Mrs. Ruby Lee Ethridge of Hattiesburg and Mrs. Helen Landon of Bay St. Louis; two brothers, A. W. Alexander of Gulfport and A. C. Alexander of San Diego, Calif.; one niece, Cindy Alexander of Wiggins and one nephew, Michael C. Alexander of Mobile.
Pallbearers were L. V Murray, Albert Cuave, Delmar D'Olive, Carl Rath, Elton Roberson and James L. Davis .
