When I moved to Carlisle in late 1980, Bill was the first to extend a hand of friendship. We ended up being great friends throughout high school; unfortunately we lost touch over the years. I will always remember Bill as he was then. ¡Vaya con Dios!

I always called him "wild Bill" or more recently "Billy". I wish he was still here. Bill had a great sense of humor, a quick wit lets say. Bill will always have a special place in our hearts.
