BERLIN – Myrtle Evelyn Jantz, 86, of 489 Elm Street, Berlin, died Monday, Oct. 17, 1994 at the home of her son in Smithton, Missouri.
She was born in Berlin, Wisconsin, September 28, 1908, the daughter of William and Grace Farvour.
She married Edward Jantz, January 8, 1977 at the Ripon Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
She is survived by her husband, Edward, of Berlin , one son, Francis (Bette) Dowland of Smithton, Missouri; one daughter, Jeanette McDougal of Kearns, Utah; two stepsons, Justin W. Jantz of Oshkosh, David E. (Linda) Jantz of Ripon; three stepdaughters, Edna Smith of North Fond du Lac, Betty Wirtz of Fond du Lac and Faye Shamrock of Manitowoc. Three sisters, Erma (Burt) Coe of Pickett, Elnora Boeck (Carl Olson) of Berlin and Stella (Myron) Halstead of Wisconsin Rapids. One brother, Ben (Connie) Favour of Three Lakes. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters.
Gravesite services were held Wednesday, October 19, 1994 in Smithton, Missouri.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday evening, October 22, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. at Ripon Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses located at Hwy 23 and Forest Ridge Road.
