Pat was born on November 13, 1941 in Brooklyn, New York to the late George and Frances Stiles. She had an older brother, the late George (CD) and a younger sister, Cela. She attended school in Brooklyn. Pat and John met be in 1958 and it was love at first sight. They got married on March 12, 1960. As a young person, Pat always had questions about the Bible. No one was able to answer them until one day a Jehovah's Witness knocked on her door. She was so impressed with their use of the Bible to answer her questions that she agreed to have a personal Bible study. As she studied, her love for Jehovah grew and she was baptized on January 15, 1967. Four years passed before John decided to investigate be her new religion. It made sense to him. He then dedicated his life and got baptized in 1971. Family and friends fondly remember her parties, her contagious, hearty laugh, trips to the beach and that she was a "Pinochle Queen"! Most of all, she will be remembered for her love and concern for others, especially her children, grandchildren, and extended spiritual children (too many to name.) One of the hardest things for Pat to accept was that she was too weak to teach her weekly Bible studies. Pat will be missed as a loving wife, caring mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, and most of all she will be missed as a zealous 52 year servant of Jehovah.
