Annie Creola Lee was born to the union of Mal and Laura Tompkins Rutherford in Osceola Arkansas she was one of 12 children. Cree as she was known to her friends attended AM&N College in Pine Bluff Arkansas And later received her Nursing degree at Forest Park College in St. Louis, Mo she practiced nursing for 30 years before retiring. She moved to St. Louis, Mo in 1948 from Arkansas, as the Bride of the late Benjamin Franklin Lee.2 children were born to this union Alfred(Deceased) and Elvue. she leaves behind a Daughter nine Grandchildren and nine Great Grandchildren to cherish her memory. she was preceded in death by her husband parents and 7 siblings.Mrs. Lee was Best friends to My Aunt Carolyn Thomas
