Oscar's father was Bejamin Franklin Best/(b. Feb 24.1826-d. Nov. 29,1888)-your mom was Mary E Miller Best (Sep. 14,1837-Dec 22,1917.

Oscar's uncle was Augustus Henneburger Best, as he and Benjamin Frankilin Best were brothers. Benjamin's parents were Conrad F. Best(1782-1862) and Mary Henneburger(1786-1847)
