A lifelong resident of Trevose, Pa. and a Mason for over 50 years, Albert W. Yerkes Sr. was born on the family farm on Brownsville Road in Trevose. He passed away peacefully at the age of 90 on Monday, March 25, 2019, at his residence on Brownsville Road in Trevose.

Albert was the beloved husband for 64 years to Mary (Ess), and the devoted father of Albert Jr. (Diane) and Kenneth. He was the loving grandpop of Albert III (Christine), Tyler, and Felicia (Dominic), and great grandpop of Lucas.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the Burns Funeral Home, 1514 Woodbourne Road, Levitttown, and from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Friday, at Scottsville Methodist Church, 2400 Brownsville Road, Langhorne, followed by his service at 10 a.m. Interment will be in William Penn Cemetery.
