Philip Eugene Rugg was born Jan. 4, 1935, and died Sunday, Nov. 8, at Webco Manor in Marshfield. He was born to Ralph and Dorothy Rugg in Portland, Ore.
He was a programmer for Boeing for many years.
Philip is preceded in death by his parents and one granddaughter.
He is survived by his wife, Frances, Marshfield, and two stepsons, Jeff Foster and Angela Foster, Galena, and Gary and Terry Foster, Highlandville; two daughters, Deanna Cleman and Mike, Olympia, Wash., and Holly Nusbaum, Alaska; one son, Mark Rugg, Olympia, Wash.; 11 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one on the way.
