A native of Woodberry, Minn., Hensel lived in Colton for 49 years. She was a teacher with the Colton Joint Unified School District for 20 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Colton, Chapter 211 of the Order of Eastern Star and the California Retired Teachers Association.
Survivors include her son, Charles of San Bernardino; a brother, Alfred Potthoff of St. Paul, Minn.; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Colton Funeral Chapel, 1275 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton. Burial will be at Green Acres Memorial Park, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington.
