Herman Roscoe Kee, 93, passed away at his home Wednesday, Dec. 21. Born in Arkansas, Roscoe met the love of his life, Annette, on his move out west to California. They relocated together in California and had been happily married for 68 years.
Roscoe spent 30 years working on Mare Island as a welder and diesel mechanic and spent much of his free time fishing, hunting and traveling with his many friends.
Roscoe joins his son, Steve, and is survived by his wife, Annette; daughter, Carolyn; granddaughter, Jill and her husband, Patrick; sister, Rebecca; and a kind and caring extended family of friends, neighbors and fellow parishioners. His warm heart and magnificent sense of humor will always be cherished by all.
A memorial service and reception will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, at Wayside Methodist Church, Vallejo. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Wayside Methodist Church or to your local hospice.
Arrangements were made by Skyview Memorial Lawn, Vallejo.
