"Frances" died on a Sunday at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Frederick, MD. Rev. John O. Price, pastor of the Centennial Memorial United Methodist Church, officiated at services held at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home. Interment was in Mount Olivet Cemetery. She had been a resident of the Meridian Nursing Home for about a year prior to her death, but had previously lived in Woodsboro. She had been associated with the Union Manufacturing Company for over 30 years, and she had also retired from Hood College.
