Survived by wife, Eleanor K. Toledo; sons, Joseph B. Jr. and Andrew B. of Los Angeles; brothers, James, Frederick, Louis and Emillio B., all of Hilo; sister, Pauline Perreira of Honokaa; four cousins; nephews, nieces, grandnieces and grandnephews; four grandchildren.

He retired from Pearl Harbor Naval Supply Center after 32 years of service.
Survived by wife, Eleanor Kaohi Toledo; sons, Joseph B. Jr., Andrew B. of California; brothers, James, Frederick, Louis and Emilio B., all of Hilo; sister, Pauline Perreira of Honokaa; four grandchildren; nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces, four cousins in Spain.
