MRS. BETTY FRIEDRICH, LOMIRA TEACHER, DIED AT ST. AGNES

Mrs. Henry Friedrich, 73, 530 Milwaukee St., Lomira, died June 28 at St. Agnes Hospital.

Mrs. Betty Friedrich was born July 4, 1897 in Central City, Neb., the daughter of Harry and Bernice Brusch Kerr. She married Henry Friedrich Jan. 27, 1946 at Division Street United Methodist church, Fond du Lac.

She graduated from Teachers College, Charleston, Ill., and Stout Institute, Menominee. She taught in Fond du Lac and Lomira schools for many years.

Survivors include her widower; one sister, Mrs. Jay Carroll, St. Paul, Minn.; two nephews and one niece. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.

She was Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star in Oakfield, an Worthy High Priestess of Key stone Shrine No. 4, Fond du Lac. She was a member of AARP, NRTA, Lomira Women's Club, and Trinity United Methodist Church, Lomira, where she was an active member of the Fellowship class.

Friends may call Wednesday after 4 p.m. at the Kietzer Funeral Home, Lomira. The body will be in state from noon Thursday (today) at Trinity Methodist church, Lomira, until 2 p.m. when services will be conducted by the Rev. Richard Sweitzer. Burial will be in Salem Evangelical cemetery.

Funeral services for Miss Betty Friedrich, Lomira, who died Monday were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Methodist Church in Lomira.
The Rev. Richard Schweitzer officiated. Burial was in Salem Evangelical Cemetery in Lomira.
Pallbearers were Walter Tolzman, Harvey Luedtke, James McAuley, Lyle Schwartz, Walter Webb and Albert Priest.
