A native of Spartanburg; widow of Gabriel C. Hill, Jr.; daughter of the late John Adger and Pearl Sibley Law.
Member of the First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg; a graduate of Converse College.
Survivors include two daughters, Polly Hill Woodham, Mary Hill Bryant; son, Gabe C. Hill III; brother, William Sibley Law; sister Grace Law Robertson; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were held at 3:30 p.m., Friday, September 20, 1991 in the chapel of the First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg by the Rev. Dan Youngblood.
The family received friends immediately following the service in the church parlor.
In lieu of flowers, memorials could be made to the First Presbyterian Church Building Preservation Fund, 393 E. Main Street, Spartanburg, SC.
