Donald F. Blank of Matthews Street, Bristol, a U.S. Navy veteran, died Sunday at Bristol Hospital. He was 60.
A lifelong resident of Bristol, he was employed at H.O. Penn Machinery in Newington for the past 29 years.
He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, where he was a deacon and usher and served on the Immanuel Lutheran School Board of Education.
Mr. Blank is survived by his wife, Elaine K. Johnson Blank; a son, Mark G. Blank of Bristol; a daughter and son-in-law, Deborah B. and Jason Krueger of Bristol; a brother, Richard Blank of Columbia City, Ind.
Funeral services were held at Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Burial followed in Peacedale Cemetery.
Visitation was held at Funk Funeral Home of Bristol.
