Agnes was known for walking the four-mile “Horn” all four seasons with her beloved husband. She also loved swimming, golf and tennis. She was an enthusiastic member of Westminster and Emmanuel Presbyterian Churches. She enjoyed her Garden Club, Monday Afternoon Club, the Wine and Cheese Club, the Northshore Senior Center Poetry Group, and Bible study. She was an avid reader and especially liked books about Winston Churchill. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband.
She was survived by one daughter; two sons; six grandchildren; one nephew; three great-grandchildren; one sister; one sister-in-law; two nephews; and two nieces.
Agnes was a true blue American and British patriot and a spirit-filled Christian. We will truly miss her. There was a viewing from 1 PM to 3 PM on Sunday at the Ed Lee Mortuary, followed by a graveside service at Sugarland Memory Gardens at 3:30 PM.
