Alec was a chartered accountant at Deloitte, Plender, Griffiths & Co before the Great War.
He was killed in action near Maubeuge, while leading his men in an attack on German forces.
He had nominated his sister, Violet May Anderson, 13 King's Bench Walk, Temple, London, as his executrix. Value of Estate, £7256 12s. 11d. She was also the recipient of his medals.
