She was raised in northeast Norton County and attended school at Almena, KS. She married Wayne L. Larison on July 19, 1952 in Phillipsburg. To this union three children were born; Tim, Jim, & Jodi. They made their home on a farm 11 miles south of Orleans, NE where they farmed and ranched. She would move to Colonial Villa in 2015.
She enjoyed cooking and most everything was made from scratch. She helped around the farm and took care of her grandchildren whenever she was asked. She attended the United Methodist Church of Long Island, KS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Wayne, brothers Leroy, Harold, Irwin (Ike), sisters Lucille, Edna, Alta, Esther, & Leona, brother and sister-in-law Raymond & Merna Larison.
She is survived by sons Tim and wife Janet Larison of Long Island, Jim & wife Tina Larison of Alma, and daughter, Jodi and husband Kurtis Wolfe of Hays, KS; 10 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
