A WILLIS HENDERSON, 67, associated with Frank H. Durkee in the Baltimore and Washington film express, died yesterday at his home, 4022 Ridgecroft road, after an illness of eight weeks. Prior to his association with the film business he had been in the automobile and furniture businesses. At the time of his death he was a director of the Royal Building and Loan Association.

He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. J.J. Reed; and three sons, Howard W., Clarence W. and Leonard W. Henderson; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services held at the home and burial was in Baltimore Cemetery.

Mrs. ALBERTA RAY HENDERSON, formerly of Alexandria, Va., died early yesterday morning at the home of her son, A.W. Henderson, 320 Soth Broadway, after a lingering illness. She was 67 years old. She had been living for some years with her daughter, Mrs. W.H. Reisinger, 582 Presstman Street.
