Also predeceased by a brother, Ed Hazlett; and sister, Lola Hazlett.
Survivors include her daughter, Wanda Baker; sons, William Hazlett (Denise), Grason Lapole, Frank Lapole, and Wayne Lapole; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Alan Black (Karen); sister-in-law, Linda Short; and niece, Cindy Snyder.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 am, Monday, April 29, 2019, in The Padgett and King Chapel with Reverend Alvin Allen officiating; interment at Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
Visitation was held from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, Sunday, at Padgett and King.
