Gladys A. Delsman, age 72, of 1713 Silver Creek Road, Manitowoc, died on Saturday morning, July 17, 2010, at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.

She was born on March 25, 1938, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Frank and Irene (Free) Brezoni. Gladys was a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School, class of 1956. On Oct. 5, 1957, she married David B. Delsman at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Gladys was employed at Federal Mogul of Manitowoc for many years until her retirement.

Survivors include her husband: David B. Delsman; a daughter and son-in-law: Kimberly and Peter Haeffner; a son: Keith Delsman; three grandchildren: Phillip and Ellen Haeffner, Haylii Delsman; two sisters and a brother-in-law: Dorothy Lessel, Elaine and Louis Rogers; two sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Gwen and Bob Braun, Janice and Hector Hunt; and two brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law: Kenneth and Elaine Delsman, Howard and Ruth Delsman, and Lorraine Delsman. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was also preceded in death by two brothers-in-law: Alfons Lessel and Joseph Delsman.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2010, at The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Memorial Service will be Deacon Alan Boeldt. Cremation has occurred at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc. Burial of the cremated remains will be at Knollwood Memorial Gardens, town of Kossuth.

The family will greet relatives and friends at The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 9:30 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2010, until 10:45 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Gladys name to the American Cancer Society.
