Mr. Julius (Duke) Dupras, 80, formerly of 1407 S. 37th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday evening, November 14, at Manitowoc Health Care Center.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Jens Funeral Home. The Rev. Harold Berryman will officiate with burial to follow at Knollwood Memorial Gardens, Town of Kossuth.
Mr. Dupras was born July 22, 1904, at Coleman, Wisconsin, son of the late Regis and Lydia Brabak Dupras. He was employed at Manitowoc Shipyards as a laborer, retiring in 1969. He married the former Loretta Mallett on October 21, 1961, at Manitowoc. Mr. Dupras was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and Boiler Makers Local No. 443.
Survivors include his wife, Loretta of Manitowoc; two sons, Robert Dupras of Manitowoc and Edward Dupras; a daughter and a son-in-law, Delores and Bernard Spaeth of Manitowoc; five sisters, Sister Joanavard Dupras, Sister Mary Eugene Dupras, Edith Simonich, Josephine O’Grady and Ceilia Strauss; stepdaughters, stepsons and step grandchildren also survived.
Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of service. A memorial has been established in his name.

Also inadvertently misspelled was a sister, Sister Joan of Arc Dupras and also grandchildren.
Omitted from the obituary was preceded in death by a sister, Emma (Dupras) Durocher and a brother, Eugene Dupras.
