Bobby Dale Sutterfield, 73, of Ozark, Arkansas entered his eternal home on Sunday, April 28, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. He was born September 9, 1945, in Cherokee, Oklahoma to Cecil James and Mary Barbara Hayes Sutterfield.

He served honorably in the United States Air Force from April 24, 1963, to June 29, 1964; the Vietnam Era. He worked as a professional industrial maintenance man in the production business; however, to his family, he was a jack of all trades and was of the Baptist faith. In his spare time, he loved trout fishing in the spring and fall and was a loving father, stepfather, grandfather, brother, and friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Harold, Larry, and George Sutterfield; and a sister, Theresa Sutterfield. Bobby is survived by two sons, James Sutterfield of Van Buren, AR and Terry Sutterfield and wife Tammy of Lavaca, AR; a daughter, Sharon Sutterfield of Charleston, AR; two brothers, Leon and Ralph Sutterfield both of Tulsa, OK; two sisters, Mickie Green-Weygand and husband Eddie of Sapulpa, OK and Anna Drew and husband Dallas of Kansas City, KS; his companion of the home for 23 years, Joleta Gilbreth of Ozark, his stepchildren, Benjerman Gilbreth and wife Anita, Glenda Gay Gilbreth Lindsey, Johnny Gilbreth and wife Heather; grandchildren - Christian Morales, Declan Gilbreth, Bailey Karns, Adam and Noah Dotson; Karey, Nick, Alexander and Gabriel Lindsey; Teyah Thomas, Zachary, Isabella, Courtney, Joseph and Caitlyn Gilbreth, Stephen Jones, Trent and Shelton Sutterfield, and Sonya Cyr; numerous great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.

The family will visit with friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Thursday, May 2nd prior to service at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, May 2, 2019, at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Brandon Crews officiating and burial with Military Honors at Oak Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.

Serving as pallbearers are Zackary Moore, Rickey Bowman, Jerry Howe, Jimmy Derexson, Glenn Howe, and Dennis Harris.
