L. D. Loden, 76, of 5541 Clinton Boulevard, died late Tuesday afternoon at Hinds General Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday from Wright and Ferguson Chapel with Paul Brock, Minister, Clinton Boulevard Church of Christ, officiating. Burial: Lakewood Memorial Park.
Survivors include his wife, the former Annie Mae Yearwood; one daughter, Mrs. Charles Evans, Jr., Jackson; and two nephews Woody Loden Jr., Batesville, and Dr. James Loden, Nashville, Tenn.
Loden was a native of Alabama, had lived in Jackson for over 45 years, and was a retired postal employee. He was a charter member of Clinton Boulevard Church of Christ, for which he donated the land.
