SURVIVORS: Brother, Harold Smith; sisters, Geraldine (Jack) Swarts, Phyllis Davis; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces & nephews; great-great nieces & nephews; friend, Donald Sumara. She was preceded in death by her parents & husband, Donald.
