Lucille P. Hagenow, age 93,of 1235 S. 24th St., Manitowoc, died Monday, March 25, 2002 at Shady lane Nursing Care Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 1:30 pm Thursday, March 28, 2002 at the Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory, Manitowoc. The Rev. William Plank will officiate with burial to follow at Knollwood Memorial Gardens, town of Kossuth.
Lucille was born Aug. 25, 1908 in Reedsville, daughter of the late Frederick and Lydia Stelling Hagenow. She attended school in Reedsville and graduated from Reedsville High School. During Lucille's lifetime she was employed as a housekeeper for several families. Lucille loved to play piano for church services and also at Shady lane Home. Lucille also taught Sunday School for many years. Lucille enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews and was very good hearted.
Survivors include one sister and brother-in-law, Gertrude and Elroy Fischer, Brillion; two brothers and one sister-in-law,, Christ Hagenow, Cleveland; Clyde and Elda Hagenow, Kiel; one sister-in-law, Lottie Hagenow, Brillion; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
Besides her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by two brothers, Frederick and Hilary and one sister, Dorothy Friedler.
Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, March 28, 2002 at the Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory, Manitowoc from noon until the time of service at 1:30 pm.
