Roland O. (Rollie) Hebert, age 66, of 2200 13th St., Two Rivers, died Wednesday June 2, 1999, at Theda Clark Medical Center, Neenah.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, June 4, 1999, at St. Marks Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Larry Seidl with burial to follow at Knollwood Memorial Gardens, town of Kossuth.
He was born June 28, 1932, in Fond du Lac County, son of Roland J. and the late Maybelle Barnes Hebert. He attended Goodrich High School in Fond du Lac, graduating in 1950. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the Korean War. On July 27, 1957, he married Mary Gruber at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Roland was the owner and operator of Rollie’s Food Market in Two Rivers. He was a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans and United Commercial Travelers of Green Bay.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Hebert, Two Rivers; his children, Daniel Hebert, Campbell, Calif., Roseanne (Joseph) Estermann, Wausau, Monica Storey, Auberry, Calif., Debra (James) Anderson, Two Rivers, Victoria Hebert, Oshkosh, Jeffrey (Nicole) Hebert, Denver, Colo.; his father, Roland J. Hebert, Fond du Lac; one brother, James Hebert, Fond du Lac; six sisters and brothers-in-law, Ruth (Don) Crook, Fond du Lac, Judy (Ken) Weeks, Eldorado, Wis.; Gladys (Lee) Tuxhorn, Fond du Lac, Virginia (Walter) Fincke, Eldorado, Wis., Kip (Dan) Warner, Fond du Lac, Chris (Ron) Loof, Campbellsport, Wis.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Betty (Earl) Beck, Sheboygan, Carol (Louie) Jebavy, Manitowoc, Patricia Schettl, Manitowoc, Nancy (Sylvester) Kunesh, Tisch Mills, Mark (Sharon) Gruber, San Diago, Calif.; six grandchildren, J.W. (Rhonda) Wagner, Clay and Amber Storey, Cliff, Derek, and Dan Anderson; one great-grandson, Elijah Wagner; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his mother; two infant sisters; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Anton and Evelyn Gruber; and one brother-in-law, Bob Schettl.
Friends may call at St. Marks Catholic Church, Two Rivers, from 11 a.m. Friday until the time of service at 1 p.m.
