Mr. Luis P. Jimenez, 79, 208 Taylor Street, Two Rivers, died Sunday, May 14, 1989 at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.

Funeral services will be 9:15 am Wednesday at Harrigan-Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc and 10 am at St. Mark Catholic Church, Two Rivers. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. David Beaudry and burial will be in Kossuth Memorial Gardens, Town of Kossuth.

Mr. Jimenez was born June 21, 1909 at Jalisco, Mexico, son of the late Francisco and Nasaria Plancancia Jimenez. He married Rosario M. Contreras on January 21, 1947 at Mexico. Mr. Jimenez was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church, Two Rivers.

Survivors include his wife, Rosario; seven children, Dolores Mary (Rosario) Pena of Chicago, Francisco (Mary) Jimenez of Milwaukee, Margaret (Raul) Rodriguez of Chicago, Luis Jr. (Nancy) Jimenez of Milwaukee, Lucina (Jose) Martinez of Millwaukee, Amalie “Molly” (Carl) Wardman of Manitowoc , Tina Marie (Alex) Damian of Milwaukee; a brother, Jesus (Mary) Jimenez of Milwaukee; four sisters, Maria de Jesus (Jose) Flores and Marina (David) Rodriguez of Milwaukee; also two sisters, living in Mexico; 22 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Friends may call at Harrigan-Parkside Funeral Home 5 pm to 8 pm Tuesday where a prayer service will be at 6:30 pm.
