Mr. James J. Johnson, age 55, of 818 Redfin Court, Manitowoc, died Saturday, July 10, 1993, at the Shady Lane Nursing Home.

Memorial Services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, July 16, 1993, from the Jens Funeral Home and Crematory. Interim Pastor Beth Johnson of the First Lutheran Church will conduct services with burial at Knollwood Memorial Gardens, Town of Kossuth.

He was born October 23, 1937, in Escanaba, Mich., son of Harry and Adeline Kosbab Johnson. He attended schools in Manitowoc and graduated from Lincoln High school in 1955. He served in the Air Force in Korea and was in the service from 1955 to 1959.

Survivors include his parents, of Manitowoc; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronald and Rita Johnson, Ocean Springs, Miss., Jack and Carol Johnson, Manitowoc; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Jill and John Gill, Quianesec, Mich, Pat and Dale Aulik, Manitowoc; other relatives and friends.

Friends may greet the family from 6 p.m. Friday until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorials would be appreciated to the Marco Manor.

The Jens Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
