David E. Sapp, 63, was a former employee of the Atlantic City Post Office. He lived at 216 Leeds Ave., Pleasantivile. He retired last December and was a member of the Keystone Lodge, F&AM 153 of Linwood and American legion of Atlantic City. He was survived by his wife, Helen G.; a daughter Mrs. Kathryn Osborne of Margate; a son Franklin E. of Pleasantville; brothers David Sapp of Mays landing and James of Atlantic City; and 10 grandchildren.
