The son of the late Henry and Louise VanVonderen was born Aug. 16,1911 in Green Bay. He was employed by Knaus Construction until his retirement.
Mr. VanVonderen was a member of Engineering Local 139.
Survivors are his wife, the former Hattie Vander-Heiden; one daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Clifford Bougie, De Pere; one son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Joan VanVonderen, Allouez; six grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Lasee, Green Bay.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
Friends may call at the Cotter Funeral Home,. 860 N. Wesbter Ave., De Pere, after 9:30 a.m. Monday. Funeral Monday at St. Mary Church, De Pere, with the Rev. Ron Hopfinsp[erger officiating. Entombment in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd.
