Tommy E. Sisk, 83, of Princeton died peacefully early Thursday morning, March 15, 2018 at Princeton Community Hospital. Tommy was a retired conductor for the N & W Railroad for many years and was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Conductors.  Tommy had been attending the Carr Memorial United Methodist Church at Glenwood Park.  He was devoted to his family and loved his grandsons. 

Born September 1, 1934 at Gilliam, he was the son of the late James Albert Sisk (Deceased) and Rilda Katherine Wood-Sisk (1903-1963).  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dixie Lee Law-Sisk (1936-2010); a grandson, Lance Corporal Juston Tyler Thacker (1983-2004); and four siblings, James Sisk (Deceased), Donna Sisk-Oxley (Deceased), Betty Sisk-Fuller (Deceased), and Ruby Sisk-Williams (Deceased). 

Those left to cherish his memory are his two daughters, Sharon Sisk-Bowling & husband Greg Bowling of Bluewell, Genia Sisk-Meadows & husband Kenneth Meadows of Pipestem; two grandsons, Parker Meadows and Lucas Meadows; two siblings, Margie Sisk-Cimala of Beckley and Janice Sisk-Christian of Glenwood; a host of nieces and nephews; and a very special friend, Louise McIntosh. 

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastors Jim Simmons and Gerald Roberts officiating.  Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton.
