Antero loved watching wrestling and soccer especially his team Sporting. He also loved long rides with his family and loved to travel. He was most proud of his two sons Chris and Kyle and especially of his grandson who he absolutely lit up when he saw. He will be sorely missed by his wife, children, grandchild, in-laws, sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. May he rest in the sweetest peace now and forever.
Along with his wife and mother he is survived by his sons Christopher Raposo (wife Adele) of Westport and Kyle Raposo of Westport; a grandson; siblings: Maria Santa Raposo, Maria dos Añjos De Oliviera, Herondina Viveiros, Lidia Rodrigues, Maria Jose Quiterio, João Raposo and Paula Barreira.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Saturday, May 25th here followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Grace Church, Westport. Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery.
