Kenneth Strouf passed on December 18, 2012, just a few days shy of his 92nd birthday. Ken was born December 27, 1920 in Niagara, WI, son of the late Ernest and Margaret Meyer Strouf.

He graduated from Niagara High School and moved to Manitowoc.

He married the former Mary Allen on March 14, 1942 in Manitowoc, she preceded him in death August 10, 2001.

Ken served in the United States Navy during World War II.
He worked for Kelvinator Commercial Products for many years retiring as Vice-President in 1983. Ken mentored other business people in Dale Carnegie courses, and through his service with Kiwanis. After retirement he volunteered with the Red Cross at a number of disaster sites. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, wine making, mushroom hunting, and extensive gardening.

Survivors include his three daughters: Mary Kay (Jean-Paul) Borie, Marseille, France; Patricia (Richard) Filzen, Reedsville; and Jean Rae Strouf, Jamul, CA;
three grandchildren: Sarah (Joe VanLanden) Filzen; Christopher (Diana) Borie; and Patrick (Jessica) Borie;
Ken's younger brothers: Gerald J. Strouf and Thomas Strouf.

No services will take place.
