Ella C. Kracht, 93, formerly of rural Kewaunee, died at the Kewaunee Health Care Center, Wednesday, January 30, 1991.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Creeks. Rev. Maurice Hoppe will officiate and burial will be at Knollwood Memorial Gardens.

She was born May 4, 1897, at Two Creeks, daughter of the late August and Minnie Last Mattek. She was married to Walter W. Kracht August 12, 1919, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Two Creeks. He preceded her in death in 1963.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Walter J. and Lois Kracht of rural Two Rivers; two daughters and a son-in-law, Lorraine Oswald of Green Bay, Shirley and Herbert Lockwood of Winona, Minnesota; 16 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.

Friends may call at St. John’s Church, Two Creeks, from 10 a.m. Saturday until the time of services.

Walter Kracht, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Kracht and Miss Ella Matek, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Matek, were married Tuesday at St. John's Church in the Town of Two Creeks. Rev. Kirchner performed the ceremony. The attending couple was Ray Kracht and Miss Vera Last. After the ceremony a pleasant social time was enjoyed at the home of the bride's parents and a sumptuous supper served guests, being near relatives only. The couple will make their home in this city. The Reporter extends congratulations and best wishes.
