Sylvia Drake, 80 of 620 Miller Court, Kiel, died unexpectedly, Thursday afternoon, March 18, 1993 at the Calumet Medical Center, Chilton.
She is the former Sylvia Reschenberger, born June 18, 1912 in Milwaukee, a daughter of the late Frank and Flora Drake Reschenberger. On April 29, 1947, she married Richard Drake in Milwaukee. Her husband Richard preceded her in death on November 15, 1992. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Louis Corners. She worked for Simplex Shoe Company and then for Weyerberg She Company in Milwaukee, as an accountant.
Survivors include one brother-in-law, Helmuth (Dora) Drake, Elkhart Lake, two sisters-in-law, Norma Alonso, New Holstein and Mrs. Arvilla (Carl) Lenz, Kiel, and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at Meiselwitz Funeral Home with the Rev. James Bartz officiating. Burial will be in Zion Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery.
