On the evening of May 25, 2019, William James Agate, Jr. (Billy to those that knew him) of Greer, South Carolina passed from this world and into eternity at the age of 38. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on September 6, 1980. He was born to William J. and Edna V. Agate. He lived in Oostburg, Wisconsin for most of his childhood until he moved to Upstate South Carolina when he was 15. He loved cars and made a living working with them. He was also a patriot and respected our men and women serving in the military. He enjoyed grilling and cooking out, spending time with loved ones, fishing, playing games on his XBox, and he was a true Packer fan. He loved his family, he loved his friends, and he treasured his daughters. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone that called on him. He is dearly loved and will be greatly missed. He will remain in our hearts until the time we meet again. He is survived by his parents, William & Edna Agate; his siblings: Darwin Agate and Jennifer Dority (husband Blandy Dority); his daughters: Gloria, Isabelle, Mazie “Grace”, Abigail Agate and Jade Burgess; his nieces and nephews: Jonathan, Joshua, Jacob, Sarah and Katelynn; his aunt Barb and cousin Stacy; as well as numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and his Lola (Benita Agdan) in the Philippines.
