Isaac Jasper Christie the son of Dan Christie and Sally Tail was born October 27, 1934 in the Etta Community and departed this life on May 28, 2019 at his home in the Etta Community at the age of 84 years, 7 months and 1 day.

Isaac enjoyed life and he loved his family. He worked many years for W.W. Hastings in the Mental Health Division, in which he was instrumental in building. He loved to play baseball and had made it through the first round of tryouts in Modesto going into the Major League. He enjoyed playing basketball, swimming in the Baron Fork and camping. He was very meticulous about his property and always had it manicured like a park. He enjoyed burning brushpiles in the rain or snow and he loved his pit bulls. Isaac liked to tease and cut-up and was very funny. He made a huge impact on many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his son Daniel "Hooter" Christie; his brothers Tom Scott and Robert Bullet and his sister Margaret Bullet Bush.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife Bobbie Christie of the home; his daughter Regina Ruth Christie of Etta; his sister Susie Scott Holt of Tahlequah; his granddaughters Ashley Jordan Burkholder and husband Nicholas of Cookson and Shelby Denise Smith and husband Jerrod of Tahlequah; and his great grandchildren Cameron, Carah, Caydon, Natalie, Avery and Addison. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
