Delores L. Karstaedt
The Lord has gained another angel. Delores Lorraine (Perl) Karstaedt, age 82, of Caring Hands assisted living in New Holstein (former resident of Kiel) passed away peacefully Tuesday morning October 3, 2017.

Delores was born June 3, 1935 in Sheboygan, WI to the late Arthur and Stella (Kazawich) Perl. Delores was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Louis Corners. She attended Immanuel Lutheran School and Central High School in Sheboygan in the early 1950’s. On September 20th, 1958 she married Ralph Karstaedt at Immanuel Lutheran Church of Sheboygan. Besides farming for several years in the town of Meeme, she worked as a custodian at Howards Grove High School until her retirement in 1997. She also worked at Kwik Trip for a few years after retirement. She enjoyed playing cards, Yahtzee, bingo, and spending times with family and friends.

Survivors include her children, Debbie (Bruce) Dittmer of Kiel, Glenn (Fran) Karstaedt of Alabama, Todd Karstaedt of Fairfax, Virginia, Marybeth Nachtwey (Special friend Dan Preissner) of Oshkosh, Kim (Steve) Rolkosky of Kiel She is further survived by her 9 grandchildren, Travis (Ashley) Dittmer, Matthew (Holly) Dittmer, Jessica Dittmer (Special friend Paul Torsch), Andrew Karstaedt, Alissa Karstaedt (Special Friend Everett Mallory), Josh Kurtz (special friend Tammy Gasser), Amanda (Derek) Fritsch, Richard (Heather) Rolkosky, Stephanie Rolkosky, 2 step- grandchildren, Dan Schoohoven, Norma Schoohoven, 9 great-grandchildren, Tyler Dittmer, Aislyn Dittmer, Addilyn Dittmer, Lakia Karstaedt, Javien Karstaedt, Wesley Yadon, Leo Kurtz, Emma Waterbury and Olivia Rolkosky. She is also survived by 1 brother, Raymond (Susan) Perl, 1 sister, Marlene Voechting, 7 sisters-in-law, Mary Ann (Late Richard) Perl, Henrietta(Late Seraphino) Marchiando, Julianna (Late Ralph) Hickmann, Agnes (Vernon) Vogel, Virginia (Norb) Herbst, MarJean (Glenroy) Schmitz, Patsy (Late Wilbert) Karstaedt. 3 brothers-in-law, Roger (Caroline) Karstaedt, Larry Karstaedt, Victor (Late Alyce Mae) Schanke, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Karstaedt, her parents, Arthur and Stella (Kazawich) Perl, father and mother-in-law, Frank Jr. and Amanda (Rabe) Karstaedt, 2 children Jeff and Lori Lynn Karstaedt, 3 Brothers Robert(Charolette) Perl, Jerome Perl, Richard Perl, 3 sisters, Nancy(Raymond) Surrarrer, Joanne(Ed) Otto, and Emma Schrimpf; 3 sisters-in-law Bernice (Herb) Scharenbroch, Carolyn (William) Zimmerman, Alyce Mae Schake, and 2 brothers-in-law, Elmer (Verona) Karstaedt, and Wilbert Karstaedt.

Funeral Services for Delores will be held at 1:30PM on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (19214 Cty Rd XX, Louis Corners). Officiating at the service will be Rev. Ted Olsen, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
